Our First Home

My husband and I get married last 2006 in Manila . Right then he purchased our first home, a Colonial/Contemporary House. Located at The Audubon community, Williamsville district (Yes it is the Best School District) He send me couple of pictures of our house and a video of himself cooking in his new kitchen. He waited almost a year for me to come here in US, and it feels like we waited for a life time. Anyways, the excitement continuous, when I finally arrived in Amherst and been able to see my “New Home” for real. I couldn’t utter a single word for a while. I can’t believe what I’m seeing that time, I never had this kind of home ever! Its not like I don’t like my parent’s house, c’mon I spend my 25 yrs there. But having this kind of place is more than i dreamed off. And it became more special because I will spend the rest of my life to a new person which is my husband. I am so bless not only for finding a decent man but also to be able to live in a place like this.
This house has lots to offer, I love everything about it. It has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Living room w/vaulted ceiling, formal dining room, family room with wood burning fireplace & slider to deck. Eat in kitchen, 1st floor laundry with laundry shoot connected from 2nd floor. Master bedroom with slider to balcony. Main bath updated with jacuzzi & granite. Walking closet. Two new hot water tanks. Professionally finished basement which we make it as recreational room. Pull down attic stairs in garage for extra storage. Convenient location. Our life together gets better when we lived in together. Enjoy more pictures of our humble first home.

  1. What a beautiful home you have! Your husband did a very good job picking it out and fixing it up for your arrival. Very glad to hear that the year passed quickly and you are now living with your husband!
